Lotek Principal Associate Andy Bacchet has more than 15 years' experience as a certified computer technician, computer analyst, courseware developer, instructor, and web programmer.

For five years, he was a technical instructor and quality assurance subject matter expert at Montreal-based CAE, a world leader in flight simulation systems and training. His previous experience training Bell Sympatico technical support agents, and his background as a technician with a passion for LINUX and UNIX landed him the job.
