Improving Forum User-friendliness

Hi Andy,

I've been getting used to this interface but think that, for a smoother navigation through the forum's content, some things could be adjusted. With regards to the user-friendliness of the forum's "Board Index" I have two suggestions:

1. The icon at the end of each row linking to the most recent post should be much bigger

2. The symbol at the beginning of each row does not do anything and so, should be removed.

I will try to think of other recommendations as I continue to use the site.
